I’m Lewis Appleton, the founder and director of the company and a huge enthusiast when it comes to technology, gaming and computers.
I set up the company after building many computers over the past 10 years for people through word of mouth, and having become responsible for IT matters within any company I worked for, including networking, website development, data management, sysadmin, and frontend/backend development.
I strive to have the latest and greatest technology, and I share this passion with people that I connect with, often talking about new computer components, programming, gaming advancements and VR technologies.

I asked Appleton IT to build me a new rig with a Ryzen 5800x CPU and Nvidia RTX 3070. It took a while to find the parts due to shortages but Lewis was more than happy to advise and passed on the products at retail price as part of a build which I was very happy about. Lewis went through the setup with me after building it showing how well it performs in benchmarks and how the temps and speeds were. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I would use him again.

I asked if they could recover data from my old broken laptop and put it on my new laptop as I had many old photos and files stored on the computer. Lewis said I could drop off my laptops and they would be transferred over. I picked up my laptop the same day and all of my files were neatly organised in a folder for me. Recently bought a AMD 5000 series processor. AT RETAIL PRICE!
If you know about the stock shortages with these and many other products, then you'll know it's hard to find any that are availible without paying an extortionate amount from a 'scalper' on ebay etc.
Enter this company. If I didn't know about it, I'd still be waiting for at least another several months, maybe more due to the fantastic ability to source stock, when largely unavailible to consumers. Definitely going to enquire about a new Graphics card soon as well.

The purchase process was very quick and easy.

Can not recommend these enough...saved me alot of ear ache from my son...as he was moaning about his graphics card and only having windows 7 on his pc....purchased a new graphics card from him..then he fitted me a new ssd and installed windows 10....when he had done it he also said I noticed a few more faults also a fan wasn't spinning either and he sorted these for me with no extra cost...talked me through everything...top guy highly recommend....I will be using him for all my future problems...thanks again really appreciate your services

Our Price Promise
Here at AIT we believe in fair, honest and transparent pricing and operate on a fixed fee labour basis.
All materials are charged at cost without a markup as part of a build, on request we can provide an invoice copy and register your warranty on your behalf.
As a note we do charge a 20% restocking fee for any products sold as new that have been opened and then returned. This is to cover any applicable fees.
We always discuss any replacement hardware with you including any notes about alternatives and we will never perform a repair without your approval.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, online card payment or by cash and are payable prior to collection of your item.
General advice, queries and build reviews are completely free, we’re always happy to help you!
In the unlikely event we can’t diagnose or complete your repair, there is no charge payable.
